Hours: Full Time                   

Qualifications:        Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field with an LSW or PC required; a Master’s degree in social work or psychology with an LISW or PCC preferred.

Responsibilities:    Provide assessments, coordination of services and individualized therapeutic case management. Monitor the activities of the client to ensure appropriate delivery of services. Provide direction for planning, implementation and evaluation of client needs consistent with the Ohio Department of Mental Health and American Psychiatric Association treatment standards.
