At Community Behavioral Health, we offer two options for clients in our community who need assistance finding appropriate mental health housing. Whether the client is in need of a residential housing facility or an apartment, we will find a home that provides comprehensive case management support, as well as, assists clients in developing important life skills.
We will work with clients to find a home that is affordable. We accept Section 8, Shelter Plus Care, and HaP Vouchers and will work with mental health residents who have income and a case manager.
Community Behavioral Health and the Butler County Mental Health Board work in partnership through the Adult Residential Wrap-Around Program to provide residential assistance for clients who are in need of a group home environment. Community Behavioral Health will work with case managers to assist in finding a residential facility that best suits the client’s needs. We will also work with the group home facility to help the client find the best way to pay for their stay.
For clients with a mental health diagnosis who can live independently, Community Behavioral Health manages several area apartments.
All of our apartments are equipped with a stove and refrigerator and many of our apartments include a washer and dryer. Electric, gas, water, sewage and trash collection are also included in rent.
